Dr. Constantinos Mylonas is the director of the Institute of Marine Biology, Biotechnology and Aquaculture of the Hellenic Center for Marine Research (HCMR). He is a reproductive endocrinologist with expertise in the study of fish reproductive endocrinology, and the development of pharmacological methods for the induction of spawning and has published 116 scientific articles and co-authored 7 books on the reproduction of fish.
Dr. Mylonas with HCMR is the leader of work package 4: Closing the reproductive cycle of economically important species in the framework of the NewTechAqua project and has already started working on Greater Amberjack.
